This project has dropped out of the media. Has it been stopped? Are they working behind the scenes? Does anybody have any info? I called Fishkill and they had nothing to say

According to the the developer's attorney, the developer is revising the DEIS. Until that is done, there's really no new information to impart. Last update is here: http://philipstownfacts.com/

A side note: There has apparently been a change in the rules in the Town of Fishkill -- any item that someone wants to place on the Fishkill Town Board agenda must be requested one week before their board meeting, and three of five of the Fishkill Town Board members must vote in favor of placing the item on the agenda.
