If you like, you can receive a daily, weekly, or monthly E-mail with posts from the Highlands Chain forum. Here's how to enable this feature:

1. Make sure you are logged in. You will need to register for an account if you haven't already.
2. Visit the Digests section of the User Control Panel (you can click here).
3. Choose the delivery schedule.
4. Choose the format (I like the default, HTML, best).
5. Choose the delivery time.
6. Click Submit.

There are many other options on those screens for you to customize the E-mail.
